Easily connected mobile phone by bluetooth, and play music. 24VDC power is supplied, and it makes great sound from a channel. The sound file in USB does not played, and I need the detail instruction. When I switch the mode, I hear some Chinese message, but hardly understand. I can hear faint sound from left channel, while loud right channel. If the detail instruction does not helps, it seems to be better to refund or replace to perfect one.

All good. No hassle, received in great condition well packaged and as promised on time line given. But the voice recording that tells you device is on and bluetooth connected could have used a proper english pronounciation

Received in good condition. However very disappointed that the left channel has only a very faint sound even though the volume had been set to the highest level.

this amp will only accept Phone calls, when you start playing music it stops imidiately i send 2 messages to customer service, now 2 days later no reply :(
